The residence
First line on Lake Lugano
The apartment is on the second floor of a small residence of eleven units, on a plot that runs from Viale Marco da Campione down to the lake. It was renovated in 2011 with a new layout: a large living and dining room with a fireplace, an open kitchen with an island, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room and the covered terrace look out over the lake.

Campione d'Italia is a small Italian town of about 1,850 residents on Lake Lugano, across the bay from Lugano. It is Italian territory surrounded by Switzerland, which gives it an unusual mix: Italian law and administration, with the Swiss franc in daily use and a Swiss phone network.
